In Japan, sencha is the tea of choice for tea ceremonies that mark events of personal importance. With our METZ luxury version, you can enjoy an ethereal cup of this classic every day, without the need to stand on ceremony.
The finest green tea: meticulously harvested in Spring to ensure the most delicious leaves. Best brewed for 3-5 minutes using more temperate water (90°C/194°F) for a more mellow flavour, this tea needs no additions and should be enjoyed simply, as it comes.
